Trattoria Pautassi Govone

A well-known restaurant in Govone in the Roero wine region of Piedmont, this restaurant has a long-standing renown locally. Try the house-made agnolotti stuffed pasta, the stewed rabbit, or other area dishes. They have nice offerings for vegans, as well.

Note that they are open only on weekends - Friday through Sunday -for lunch on Saturday and Sunday, for dinner on Friday and Saturday.
