We ask past guest to give a grade to their villa for a variety of aspects, such as, for example, location, views, outdoors... The "scorecard" that we display on the property description page is an invaluable tool to understand what to expect at a property. And, of course, if no scorecard is available it is because we haven't gathered enough feedback yet: remember, we don't make them up!

During our inspections we take pictures of every room and outdoor area. Our pictures are not "staged": we do not use special lighting or put in equipment and decoration that is not part of what is actually in the house.
