In Rome's unique Coppede quarter, this little osteria is a nice find. They serve Roman dishes in a cozy little spot. You'll find all the city's classics - from fried artichokes as an appetizer, to tonnarelli pasta with cacio e pepe (truly Roman!) for a first course, to meatballs or braciole (called involtini), rolled veal scallops for a main course. This is home-cooking, comfort-food, neighborhood haunt type of place!

It is located at the corner of Via Agri and Via Chiana. Closed on Sundays and at lunch on Saturdays. No credit cards.
