Luna Rossa Parking Garage

Stopping and staying in Amalfi is easier than ever with the parking garage Luna Rossa. The notorious coastal road has also been known for lack of places to park, but the town of Amalfi spent five years excavating a four-level parking garage in the hillside.

The Luna Rossa parking garage is located on the edge of town near the famed Hotel Luna Convento, just before you reach Amalfi when coming from Atrani. It has a pedestrian tunnel that links it to Piazza Municipio. It also makes the walk to Atrani even easier - no more dodging cars on the highway!

There are more than 200 parking spaces inside; prices aren't cheap but it's much easier than circling the few spaces at the port and coming up empty! The town also offers little electric buses that connect the garage, the port and the Valle dei Mulini.
