A film-themed amusement is situated south of Rome, named for Italy's primary movie studio, Cinecitta'. It combines the world of make-believe with rides, games and roller coasters.

Step into Jurassic World, Spaceland, Adventure Land, or ancient Rome. Or maybe the Ice Kingdom or Far West is more to your taste. There are 40 attractions that include thrill rides, water rides, roller coasters, dodge-cars and more. There are six live shows to enjoy, one every hour. And ice skating and snow tubing, too! Of course, themed restaurants and shops round out the day.

Cinecitta World sits south of Rome along the Via Pontina, at Castel Romano. You can drive, take a shuttle bus from EUR (at a cost) or reach it by Cotral bus. See their website for directions and details. It is open year-round but with limited days in winter, and is closed for the month of February.
