Trattoria La Tana

Martina Franca has a lovely restaurant in the historic center with warm Old World atmosphere. The stone vaulted rooms were the granary of the Palazzo Ducale, but now serve as dining rooms where you can taste the typical dishes of Martina Franca and Puglia, prepared like nonna would make them. They keep tightly to tradition rather than going "upscale", though presentation and service are certainly not lacking. Food and surroundings are very nice.
