San Montano Beach

The area of Massa Lubrense is called the "blue pearl" of the Mediterranean. One of the hidden beaches that is worth seeking out is the Spiaggia di San Montano. Located in the waterfront village of San Montano, just a kilometer from Massa Lubrense, it's accessible by a pedestrian path that leads from the Marina della Lobra, or from a private drive that descends from the main road. The seafront is part pier and part stone beach, giving ample space for sunbathing as well as swimming. The rocky shore keeps the water sparkling clear.
