The owners offer a warm, genuine welcome along with the plates of delicious Tuscan fare. Traditional recipes include homemade pastas with choice of sauces made from local ingredients like poricini mushrooms, truffles, or wild boar. Hearty ribollita soup, ravioli in walnut sauce, and the famous Bistecca Fiorentina are all prepared perfectly. Of course, the wine list include vintages from the famed Chianti region and the white wine from San Gimignano, Vernaccia.
