Ristorante La Fagurida

La Fagurida is a favorite with the locals on Lake Como. It is a homey, rustic family-run restaurant with stone walls and wood beams, that gives an atmosphere of mountain cabin rather than glitzy lakefront style. They've been serving their local specialties since 1974, so they know what they're doing! A covered terrace offers summer dining with views of the lake and the forested hills. The interior dining rooms are cozy and warm. Food is prepared in-house using regional recipes, such as polenta, fish, rabbit and meat grilled on an open fire. Desserts are homemade.
