After touring the Castello Bufalini it seems appropriate you should dine like nobility!. Chef Daniele is energetic and brings personal inspiration to the menu along with creative takes on classic dishes. Homemade bread, pasta and preserves are used; the menu is a mix of meat, seafood and vegetarian offerings. Gluten-free can be prepared, too. The cozy dining room is decorated with paintings by local artists. There is a private dining room, too, for special small-group gatherings.
