An old world restaurant in Campagnano di Roma, the Benigni has been serving regional fare since the early 1900s. What started as a simple osteria has grown though the years into a full restaurant that proudly prepares its tasty dishes from scratch using organic ingredients. The bread and pasta are made on-site from organic wheat, and the most local fresh ingredients possible are used. They utilize the grand fireplace to grill everything from meats to vegetables and even scamorza cheese. The pasta dishes come in different shapes with sauce options that include rabbit, porcini mushrooms, and radicchio and walnuts. Homemade ravioli are delicious. They offer vegan and gluten-free menu options, as well.

The dining rooms effuse old charm, some with brick arches, others with wood ceilings. You'll feel at home with the warmth and hospitality here.
