In Salina, this homey restaurant employes inventive use of simple ingredients and locally sourced produce to create excellent results. Much of the produce is grown by the owners, in fact. The antipasto is a sampler of several tasty treats. The pastas are original takes on classic recipes, and the seafood dishes are flavorful of the sea, it's so fresh. There are vegetarian dishes, too. Desserts are made in-house, and a local wine pairs well with everything.
