Restaurant Il Ciclope

A warm and relaxing restaurant set in a garden, in the rolling hills of Lazio. There is a veranda for outdoor dining, and cozy dining rooms inside with a fireplace for winter meals. They serve typical dishes of the region, like sagne (hand-made local pasta) with beans and wild asparagus; fresh fettuccini with forest mushrooms and truffles; or potato gnocchi, especially common in Lazio. Meats grilled on a wood fire are popular here.
