Restaurant Frangellini

You'll find the country restaurant of Frangellini on a hill overlooking the Tiber Valley. Set amongst vineyards and olive groves in the country outside Magliano Sabina, it has great views and a tranquil environment for a relaxing meal. Everything is produced in house, including the pasta, the bread, the wine and the olive oil. Only local produce is utilized.

The restructured farmhouse has a warm and welcoming ambiance with wood beams and wide windows opening onto the views of the surrounding low hills. There is a pleasant covered terrace for summer dining. Some of the house specialties to try include the homemade pasta, the gnocchi (potato dumplings) in gorgonzola sauce, and the guinea hen with pomegranate; leave room for the hazelnut tiramisu, one of Mamma Loredana's signature dishes!

Family owned and run, the service and overall atmosphere is friendly and homey. Reservations highly recommended.
