Restaurant Al Maddarello is in Asiago, a wonderful mountain town at 55 km North of Vicenza, in the Veneto region (Italy).

Surrounded by woods, Asiago is a great destination for winter sports lovers (including skiing and alpinism).

The restaurant is managed by the chef Riccardo Cunico and it's characterized by warm, intimate and friendly atmosphere, with elegant service.

Recipes are tailored upon local specialties, seasons and the traditions of the Asiago plateau, with good examples of international cuisine (bison, reindeer...).
