Pausilya Therme di Donn'Anna Spa

In the Posillipo district of Napoli by the historic Palazzo Sant'Anna, the Pausilya Therme spa is a respite with sea views and thermal waters. The Campi Flegrei zone is known for its ongoing seismic activity bubbling below the surface, and it creates hot thermal springs. In this case, the spa is fed by the Pausilya spring.

They have hot and cold water pools for muscle relaxation and to stimulate circulation. A sauna and steam room are enhanced with essential oils for relaxation and "to purify the mind and body" along with a sea-view relax room with lounges and herbal tea and fruit to enjoy.

Of course, they offer mud treatments, massages, facials, and other treatments (see the menu on their website.) It's a nice spot to relax after the city rhythms and sightseeing.

Hours: Tuesday through Saturday: 10:00 AM til 11:00 PM (last entry at 8:00 PM); Sunday from 10:00 AM til 8:00 PM (last entry at 5:00 PM). Closed Mondays.
August hours are the same as Sundays. Check their website for the most updated hours, though.
