Classic "evergreen" of the Tuscan cuisine, the Panzanella is a simple yet extremely tasty summer dish...
Ingredients for 4 persons
- 100 gr stale Tuscan bread
- 150 gr tomatoes
- 100 gr cucumbers
- estra-virgin olive oil
- red wine vinegar to taste
- 200 gr green salad
- basil
- salt and pepper to taste
Soften bread in water, drain it well and place it in a casserole. Rinse and dice the vegetables. Season with olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with basil leaves.
