Osteria Via Leopardi

The osteria is a cute, casual restaurant in the heart of Recanati. It's a cozy place with brick walls and polished wood tables where you can have just "cicchetti" and wine or a full meal. Chose from the inspired modern menu for specialties like gnocchi with duck sauce, cannoli stuffed with sausage and porcini mushrooms, or risotto made with Vernaccia wine. Meats are grilled or roasted in local red wine, though fish, local cheese and vegetables are to be had, as well. Desserts are made in house. The wine selection is extensive (you'll notice immediately the thousands of bottles lining the walls!)
