Marina in Cucina Positano for Foodies

Marina takes you into her Positano kitchen to show you a tasty side of the Amalfi Coast. Working in her 17th century villa, a former convent, she'll let you taste the traditions of the coast in a variety of ways.

Cooking Classes. Marina will start off the morning by taking you a stroll through the fresh market to get the freshest ingredients, then you'll get into the kitchen for an interactive half-day cooking class. She lets you choose the menus you want to learn, and it's a hands-on class so you really grasp the skills and recipes. Then you eat the dishes you prepare on her panoramic terrace.

Personal Chef. If you want a specially-prepared dinner for a family meal, a special occasion or a private event, Marina will be your personal chef and provide the catering, in your villa or hers. She'll design the menu to your tastes and for the type of event you're planning. Catering for weddings or other special occasion parties, and you can have your special meal at the Villa Cocles (or your vacation villa).

Dinner in the Convent. Maybe a convivial meal is what you're after, to taste the flavors of the Amalfi Coast by dining among the locals. Marina plans special dinners in her home where you'll share a communal table for a good meal in good company.

Picnic Basket. You can pick up a picnic basket for a meal-to-go for your day of hiking, sailing or just lounging on the beach.
