Maiori Beach

Maiori is a dream beach for people seeking space, because it's the longest one on the Amalfi Coast!. Because of the cliffs and clefts of the landscape, the Amalfi Coast is beautiful, but the beaches are generally small or require a good deal of walking (and lots of stairs!) to reach. Maiori is the exception: one kilometer of soft sand that is easy to get to and is great for families with kids.

You'll find more space (though naturally July and Augurt are crowded), with pieces of free beach and plenty of concessions that rent umbrellas and sunbeds. Because it right in town, there are plenty of cafes and restaurants at the water's edge. And places that rent canoes and pedal boats for fun. You can also book a boat excursion to the Grotta di Pandora sea cave.
