A natural inlet said to have been where Aeneas moored, the area is a quieter respite from the party-oriented beaches. It is a natural rocky coastline with a strip of sand. Many people prefer to sun on the rocks and climb in and out of the water (bring your water shoes!); alternatively, there are umbrellas set up on the beach section. The reef is punctuated by caves that you can explore. It is protected from the waves by the formations of the rock. Lots of little boat make their way here to anchor and swim in the clear water. There is a restaurant and bar in summer for refreshment and seafood lunches.
