The Etruscan Coast (Costa degli Etruschi) mixes the mysteries of the ancient Etruscan world and the beauty of its medieval towns and beaches. Not far from the coast, the marvellous Metalliferous Hills offer some amazing views of the Tuscany countryside. This amazing coastline boasts a great history: it has been inhabited since Etruscan Age, much earlier than the Roman Empire indeed. It can be identified in the area under the municipality of Livorno (Tuscany) stretching from Cecina to Piombino.

Set between the blue sea of Costa degli Etruschi and the green Tuscan countryside, Cecina and its coastline are loved by tourists from all over the world. A thick pine-wood stretches for about 15 Km along a soft sandy beach.

In Marina di Cecina, where the sea is limpid and easily accessible, you can practice a number of sports, have some relaxing walks inside the pine-wood and have fun in harness with nature.

Cecina is also history and culture, as testified by the Roman and Etruscan findings, collected and preserved the the Museum Guerrazzi and the settlements of Villa di San Vincenzino.

The local gastronomy is particularly painstaking and the village's plenty of interesting events all over the year.
