The easily-accessible beach is right at the town's water edge, from the lighthouse extending down the coast for miles. Golden sand is just steps from the Lungomare street, with clear water. There are tracts of free public beach as well as concessions that rent umbrellas and sun beds, with bars and restaurants interspersed, and the shops and gelaterias of the town right there behind.

Those seeking more solitude will want to proceed beyond the lighthouse to the promontory itself, where a short walk will take you to rockier shoreline with less crowds.
