The wines of Puglia are said to date back to the arrival of Greeks, so one just might be able to justify a wine tasting as a history lesson, right?. In any case, it's a good idea for a taste of Puglia, as it's part of the long-held tradition in the Salento, and the Secli' family has been at it for generations.

The winery is located in Parabita in a restored building from the 1800s. They use the area's famous and heritage grapes, including Negroamaro, Primitivo, Malvasia and others to blend some great vintages. It's always fun to stop and visit the winery and buy direct from the vintner!
