September 2008 - We loved Suite Bellissima. The space the privacy the views were all stunning.

It may have been many steps up to the suite but you were duly rewarded each time that you returned.

Domenico and Paolo [the owners] were so charming. They prepared us an in-house 5 course dinner; it was truly romantic, the food sensational. Also we received all these charming little gifts to take home and remember our experience. They really knew how to make you feel very special.

We thought dealing with you was great. The photos were the same as the the property. We had every confidence in your company and we will use you again as the Italian experience needs to be longer next time.

August 2008 - Suite Bellissima was great - even better than it looks in the pictures! Domenico and Paola [the owners] were very helpful and my pregnant wife even got a free check-up.

This is an idyllic place to stay if you're on your honeymoon or fancy a romantic break and the stairs will help you burn off all that delicious Italian food. It's also absolute bliss to have a private pool.

On top of this Luca from SummerinItaly was again extremely helpful - 2nd time we've booked with him and the service level has been very high indeed.

September 2007 - Suite Bellissima is a fantastic getaway. Quiet, romantic, exotic and serene.

We made fresh lemonade in our kitchen from the lemons over our terrace.

Every morning at 10 am we had groceries delivered from the store at bottom of the hill.

We never wanted to to leave, and hope to return again someday...

July 2007 - Suite Bellissima was paradise for us. We enjoyed every moment.

The pool and terrace made our stay even more perfect. Domenico and Paola were extremely helpful and tended to our every need.

Dinner poolside arranged by Paola was fabulous.

Our 35th anniversary was truly special thanks to being in this wonderful villa. If at all possible, we will return often!

September 2006 - Rented the villa for our 10th wedding anniversary and had a perfect time. My husband and I pretty much lounged around the pool the entire week enjoying the ever-changing view.

The Family were incredibly friendly and gave us advise on some really wonderful restaurants.

May 2006 - It was one of the most charming and beautiful places we have every stayed.

Although it took me a while to get up and down the stairs daily, I managed and it was well worth it not only for the exercise, but for the exceptionally beautiful view.

Although the swimming pool was only 72 degrees F - we got in the pool everyday to cool off. The only thing I would suggest is to mention that the pool is also has jets - which we didn't discover until 4 days into our stay.

November 2005 - We loved our stay at Suite Bellissima! It was very beautiful, with fabulous views. The 140 steps were tough, but the view once you reached the top were worth it! And all the steps kept us from gaining weight after eating all the delicious Italian cuisine!

The owners were very friendly and accomodating, with warm and welcoming personalities. Anything we needed, such as extra towels or having our car available, was taken care of in a matter of minutes.

The decor was what I presume to be traditional Italian, very nice and not overdone. Although the little swimming pool was cold (we were there in November), it actually refreshed us many times after returning from lots of walking and many stairs! (Thank you for keeping it open for us!) The architecture and beautiful shutters on the French doors were also very nicely done.

The nearby grocery was very convenient, and of course many restaurants and shopping were within walking distance. We especially enjoyed eating at a restaurant called "Max".

My experience booking with you was good --- the suite looked just like the photos on your site, the phone numbers you gave us for help were answered quickly when we called, the descriptions and reviews on the site about the suite were accurate. Thank You!

September 2005 - Into our second week of our honeymoon, my wife and I spent a week at the lovely Suite Bellissima! The view and the grounds were beyond our expectations. We both stated that this is THE most romantic villa we have ever seen.

The private pool, the view, the lush landscaping with the grapes everywhere, the terraces with lanterns and plants all around provide a very private and romatic getaway for viewing the city of Positano from above.

It was a wonderful vibe to go into town and shop at the local markets and cook our own food much of the time.

The suite is so beautiful you almost don't want to leave it at all.

July 2005 - Our two weeks in Suite Bellissima were wonderful, it exceeded our expectations and was worth every one of those 140 steps.

We loved the pool, it was so cool and refreshing with a spectacular view. We loved the decor, the colorful kitchen, the wonderful flowers and even the bathroom which has a spectacular view.

The owners were all lovely, Domenico is very helpful and his mother Josephine is precious. We loved them all and we are ready to do it all over again.

October 2004 - It was far more beautiful than the website shows. We felt like we were in a magical place. The views were breathtaking and the sunsets - oh the sunsets from the pool.

We truly enjoyed it and will never forget the beautiful flowers and gardens surrounding the villa.

Everything was well taken care of and Giusipena, Dominique, Salvatore [the owners and caretakers] and everyone made us feel like family - we really didn't want to leave.

October 2004 - We had a wonderful time at Suite Bellisima and thoroughly enjoyed the incredible views. Mr. Domenico [the owner] was extremely helpful and accomodating with advice, directions, reservations etc. Both "Mom" and Guiseppe, the groundskeeper, made you feel like part of the family - very warm and welcoming!!!

The property itself was immaculately cared for and very clean. We had a very relaxing stay (my husband actually read 2 books - quite astounding as he never takes the time at home).

We brought a nice selection of CD's which took the place of the TV and bought a lot of candles which really added to the atmosphere which was heavenly. Bravo!!!

I found you quite by accident (my computer skills are not very good) but I am so pleased that I did. This being our first villa renting experience, we were a little apprehensive, but your helpful organization ensured that everything ran smoothly without worry or surprised. August 2004 - It was so so so beautiful and we both loved it. The setting was perfect and the view breathtaking.

The outdoor nature of the apartment was very romantic. I cannot possibly say a bad word about the place. We did have a little ant problem at one point, but was easily cured.

We will never forget our time there.

The owners were wonderful and very welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed their hospitality, limoncello and looking at their photographs.

The instructions given were very clear and you had your staff available on the mobile if there were any problems. It was definately worth it.

May 2004 - Without a doubt Suite Bellissima has to be considered one of the "crown jewels" of villas on the entire Amalfi Coast.

We selected Suite Belllissima for our honeymoon because of its beautiful layout, fantastic views, etc...

We got married in Positano and on our wedding day the owners of the villa, made us feel as if we were a member of their family being married. They are just wonderful people.

April 2004 - This is a nice unit and the owners are great hosts. They made us feel welcome and were helpful.

We were able to eat anything we wanted and walked it all off over the course of our trip. Positano is terrific!

September 2003 - I have to say that our stay in Positano could not have been any better.  Suite Bellissima was perfectly suited to our tastes. 

When we arrived, we were greeted by Domenico , who led us up the (many) stairs to our suite.  On the way up, we were introduced to Domenico's mother, Giuseppina, who gave us a hug and a kiss.  Later that day, Vito (the father) gave us a bottle of his wife's wine which was made from the grapes that are grown on the property.  After settling in, we went down to the market to buy some bread, salami, prosciutto and cheese to enjoy along with our wine.

The view from the terrace is incredible and changes constantly, depending upon the sun.  We found the Italian people to be very friendly and very proud of their country (as evidenced by the cleanliness and care that is taken).

On several occasions, we prepared meals in the lovely kitchen, with ingredients that were purchased locally.  The butcher, the market and the vegetable stand, are only a few steps away.  We anxiously await our next visit to your lovely country.

January 2003 - Our week at Suite Bellissima was one of the most memorable places we have ever stayed at! The steps up from the road to the suite definitely kept us young! The beautiful 2 huge outdoor terraces, the tile-work and the incredible views of Positano made the suite incredible.

This location was perfect for all of our trips of the surrounding area (Pompeii, Ravello, Amalfi, Paestum, Caserta, Naples and more). We feel lucky to have stayed in such a wonderful unique place created from a 500 year-old fortress!
