April 2013 - The accommodation was good and location suited us. It was accessible to the Amalfi Coast but out of the bigger more busy tourist locations. It was well appointed and quiet which is what we wanted.

Summer in Italy, all good thanks. Pretty easy process.

Travel tips

  • It is a nice locale just to spend time in the apartment, and walking around Conca Dei Marini.
  • The local general store/shop is small but had heaps of things, in fact just about everything you'd need including fresh fresh produce, deli foods etc.
  • It is worth spending time to walk around town, down to the water and explore the many pathways.
  • For coffee lovers it was harder to find, but there was a stove top Moka pot, so take some ground coffee.
  • Easy drive to Amalfi (4 km) and Positano (12 km). Day trips to Pompeii and Capri quite easy too. Ravello very peaceful.

June 2011 - It is nice apartment, basic, but nice! The apartment was clean and tidy. The view was amazing!! The holidays definitely kept us fit with all the steps up to the apartment!

Travel tips

  • Don't book this apartment if you have children, are elderly or are disabled or can't walk up steps!
  • The restaurant down the road is great, they are so friendly and will do anything to help you, including getting you to places.

Conca dei Marini is a nice little village where people have been very helpful. Nice little market and close to Amalfi.

  • Getting to the apartment by car is not easy. Also not easy to get out of the parking.

  • Just take note of the special location and number of steps to reach the house from the street, and the car parking place ...meters away.

July 2010 - Stunning location within a relatively easy walk of both the restaurant and supermarket, and shuttle bus to the beach.

Plenty of space for a family, and within an easy drive of Amalfi and other local towns.

Organisation and information was great. Property descriptions good with full detail. Really enjoyed our holiday.

  • Hire a small car as the coast roads are narrow!

June 2009 - We loved the area, not touristy, great restaurant nearby with friendly staff and a taxi service to Amalfi.

The apartment was very clean and modern, although we found Italy mattresses very hard! No kettle or oven or grill or microwave, so could only cook on hob.

I would recommend it as we were two couples and there were two double bedrooms and two bathrooms.

We would certainly go the area again, and choose this apartment as it was good value for money.

The service we got from Summer in Italy was excellent.

Travel tips

  • The restaurant up the road was excellent - best food we had, especially the fresh fish. They spoke some English, German and French. The chef for the evening drives a taxi in the day and we found him very reasonable.
  • The Emerald Grotto is just below in the Cove.

Unfortunately, Casa Primavera can not be booked at this time.
