Casa Primavera, Conca dei Marini

Casa Primavera is a bright and cheerful apartment that covers the entire top floor of a villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps four people. From Casa Primavera you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the gulf of Salerno far in the horizon. Casa Primavera is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features a private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from Conca dei Marini, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will reach Casa Primavera from the street level going up approximately 40 stairway steps.

To stay at Casa Primavera you will need a car. You will be able to park it along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

The terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view on a stretch of coast and of the sea.

The ceiling of the living room is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa and four armchairs. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi through a double-glazed French door. The room has four double-glazed arched windows with a view of the sea and of the coastline. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven and a refrigerator with freezer. The dining table can accommodate six guests. The kitchen has a double-glazed arched window with a view of the sea and of the coastline.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room and from the corridor. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has a double-glazed window with a view of the sea and of the terrace. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room and from the corridor. The furnishings are simple. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room and from the corridor.

The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. Here you will also find a washing machine. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room and from the corridor.
