Villa Filippa B is a welcoming apartment. It sleeps four people. It is approximately 40 square meters (430 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared patio, a shared garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 8 km (5 miles) from Lamporecchio, where you will find restaurants and shops.
Villa Filippa B is located on the first floor. You will reach it going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 16 steps.
To stay at Villa Filippa B you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises.
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the valley and of the greenery. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex 4 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from mid-May until the end of October.
In the laundry room you will find a washing machine at your disposal.
The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable, and include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window with a view of the countryside.
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.
