Villa Astaria B, Sorrento

Villa Astaria B is a cozy two-story apartment that covers the entire top floor of a villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps six people. From Villa Astaria B you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the Procida island, of the Bay of Naples and of Mount Vesuvius at a distance. Villa Astaria B is 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features a panoramic private terrace with a view of the sea, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 4 km (2.5 miles) from the center of Sorrento, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 50 meters (165 feet), the stop for the SITA bus at 50 meters (165 feet) and the closest beach (Marina Grande of Sorrento Beach) at 2.5 km (roughly 1.5 miles). You will reach Villa Astaria B from the parking area going down approximately 30 stairway steps.

For a successful stay at Villa Astaria B we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for at most one car.

The terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is equipped with two armchairs, as well as with sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view of the Procida island, of the Bay of Naples and of Mount Vesuvius at a distance.

The patio is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a gazebo. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue.

The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. There is a nice fireplace. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through two French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The first bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The second bedroom has two pull-out twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window with a view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with shower wand.
