House Il Giardino Eden, Praiano

House Il Giardino Eden is a characteristic and welcoming apartment which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps four people. From House Il Giardino Eden you will enjoy a charming view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast. House Il Giardino Eden is 90 square meters (970 square feet). It features a wide private terrace with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be in the center of Praiano, where you will find restaurants, shops and the stop for the SITA bus and for the local bus. You will find the closest beach (Spiaggia della Gavitella) at roughly 500 meters (550 yards) including 400 stairway steps. You will reach House Il Giardino Eden from the street level going up a stairway which consists of approximately 127 steps.

You will not need a car to stay at House Il Giardino Eden. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 150 meters (165 yards), for a fee, in a garage. The parking space is suitable for up to two cars. Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you.

The terrace is 90 square meters (970 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the main entrance hall. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs, two deck chairs and two sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast and of the small Li Galli islands.

The garden is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by perfumed citrus trees. You will be able to reach it from the terrace climbing three steps. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will have a partial view of the sea and of the coastline.

You will be able to enter the living room from the corridor. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan bed with a trundle bed to sleep two guests (available upon request with an additional cost -- please contact our staff in advance). The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels) and a CD player. From the living room you will be able to enter a small balcony with a view of the sea through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the corridor. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a toaster. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The kitchen has a window with a partial view of the sea.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room and from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony with a view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has a window with a view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
