Casa Nocetta E is a characteristic and welcoming apartment that is part of an ancient country house surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps four people. From Casa Nocetta E you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of the hills. Casa Nocetta E is 45 square meters (485 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 3 km (1.9 miles) from the center of Montefiascone, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the beach at 7 km (roughly 4.3 miles).
Casa Nocetta E is located on the top floor. You will reach it from the parking area going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 18 steps.
To stay at Casa Nocetta E you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space.
The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun loungers and a gazebo. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the hills. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
The garden is 5000 square meters (54000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees and by a wood roof. The garden is equipped with small sofas and wood benches, as well as with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the surrounding countryside and of the hills. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
You will be able to enter the wellness room from the garden through an external access. In the wellness room you will find a sauna and a chromoterapy shower. Here you will also find a heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with six seats. This room has a bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. Please note that use of the wellness facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally.
You will be able to reach the laundry room through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window.
