Casa Magenta, Sciacca

Casa Magenta is a welcoming apartment that covers the entire ground floor of a villa located in an old farm in the heart of the Sicilian countryside. It sleeps five people. From Casa Magenta you will have a view of the surrounding buildings and of courtyard of the farm. Casa Magenta is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a private patio.

You will be roughly 7 km (4.3 miles) from Sciacca, a few steps from restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant, a grocery store and the beach at 5 km (roughly 3 miles). You will reach Casa Magenta from the parking area along a short walkway that is flat.

To stay at Casa Magenta you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking lot. The parking space is suitable for up to two cars.

The patio is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two deck chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the patio you will have a view of the surrounding buildings and of courtyard of the farm.

The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include an armchair. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a traditional wooden matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the surrounding houses. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin and a toilet.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the courtyard.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the living room. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has no windows.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The bathroom has a window with a view of the patio. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
