Casa Lovisa, Bologna

Casa Lovisa is an elegant and welcoming one-story apartment that is part of a villa situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps six people. It is approximately 220 square meters (2370 square feet). It features a nice private terrace, a private garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be at a short distance from the center of Bologna, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant, a grocery store at 500 meters (550 yards) and the stop for TPER bus line 29B at 400 meters (1300 feet).

Casa Lovisa is located on the top floor of a two story building. You will reach it from the entrance of the building going up approximately 33 stairway steps.

For a succesful stay at Casa Lovisa we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for at most two small cars (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller). Alternatively, you can park larger cars along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

The terrace is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the living room. It is equipped with tables and chairs. From the terrace you will have a view of the street below and of the other buildings and downtown Bologna at a distance.

The garden is 500 square meters (5380 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. From the garden you will have a view of the street below and of the other buildings.

The living room is paved with characteristic Venetian mosaic. The furnishings are classic and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. In this room you will find an upright piano(please contact us before making your reservation if you plan to use the piano, as we need to make sure that it is in working order). There is a small fireplace made of bricks. From the living room you will be able to enter the main terrace through two French doors.

The dining room is paved with elegant wood. The furnishings are warm and elegant, and include some antique pieces. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. From the dining room you will be able to enter a second terrace with a view of the garden of an adjacent house and of Bologna at a distance through two French doors.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the corridor. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a toaster. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There is a table to seat six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to a third terrace. The room also has a window.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a traditional wooden king-size bed (200 cm/79 inches). In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has two windows with a view of the garden and of the street below.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has two windows with a view of the garden.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has two windows.

The first bathroom is spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with fixed shower head and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
