Trattoria Rispoli

Trattoria Rispoli is a real, traditional, family-run osteria based in Pogerola. Two of the Rispoli sisters work to delight your palates in the kitchen, and the third one works as a waitress. There's often a set menu with "Scialatielli ai frutti di mare" (scialatielli is a kind of pasta, in this case seasoned with seafood) or "Scialatielli alla Siciliana" (with aubergines, tomato and stringy mozzarella) or Pasta alla Genovese (with onions).
