The name is Braceria - Pizzeria Mangiafuoco, telling you clearly that their specialties are grilled meats and fresh-made pizzas. Locally raised meats, especially the Chianina beef, and fresh-made sausages are house specialties at this family-run restaurant on the outskirts of Ferentillo. Bread and pizza are made in the wood-burning oven. Local, seasonal produce is used in its prime - truffles from the surrounding woods that the Valnerina is famous for, slender spring asparagus, autumn mushrooms are all flavorful in the hands of the chef. Try a pasta dish like the homemade tagliatelle dressed with guanciale and truffles.

The restaurant has a warm and welcoming dining room as well as an outdoor garden terrace for summer enjoyment.

Closed Wednesdays. Open for lunch and dinner. Reservations are appreciated.
