Ristorante La Baccante

A farm-operated restaurant in Bruno serving Piemonte specialties at a fixed menu and price. They are only open on Friday and Saturday for dinner, and Sunday for lunch, but if you can manage to get a reservation, you'll enjoy the season's produce prepared using regional recipes. There is no menu, you'll be served what is prepared that day at a fixed price. There are sometimes theme evenings, dedicated to area dishes like polenta or bagna cauda. Wines are made by the owners (Barbera d'Asti DOC and Freisa d'Asti DOC).

The restaurant is located behind the post office. Note that they do not accept credit or debit cards.
