Ristorante Andreina

Most people go to Loreto on a religious pilgrimage, but many go on a culinary pilgrimage to the Michelin-starred restaurant Andreina. The highly creative menu uses regional ingredients and traditions as inspiration to bring new twists to the Marchigiani foods. Chef Errico Recanati also has a love affair with the grill and uses it to great advantage in many of the dishes, but in keeping with the upscale Michelin expectations.
