Restaurant L'Imposto

Podere L'Imposto is a rustic restaurant in an antique coaching inn, mentioned in texts as early as the Middle Ages. The current restaurant and bar are part of the extensive farming estate, Tenuta il Santo. They're in the renovated coach building, which is just off the Siena-Grosseto superstrada. The inn is well-known for its local recipes that use the produce of the farm, including meat, salami, olive oil and wine. They also offer game and pastries and, of course, Tuscan pasta specialties, as well regional wines.
