Located just outside Montaione, Tuscany this rustic and welcoming trattoria serves regional fare utilizing the bounty of the Tuscan hills. The specialties include linguine with truffle sauce and pasta with sausage, ricotta, fennel and arugula, along with the famous bistecca Fiorentina (excellent Florentine grilled steak). It's a nice country-style restaurant. Closed Mondays.
