Simplicity and freshness reign in the cosy Restaurant Il Basilisco, where the local cuisine is proposed with creativity. Seasonal menus, good wines and the possibility to taste a special meal. Every Thursday indeed, the chef Diego offers the “Menù equo e solidale” (Solidarity Purchasing Menu). It is a lovely initiative to promote the choice of local products (in order to minimize the environmental impact of the transport), fair-trade goods and reusable or eco-compatible goods (to promote a sustainable lifestyle).

You will be able to try some Bolivian, Palestinian or Sri Lankan recipes, prepared with the original products bought according to the Ethical Purchasing “rules”.
