A down-home restaurant in the heart of old Osimo that serves truly regional fare. The menu is scribbled on a chalkboard just inside the door, changing daily based on the whims of the cook and the fresh produce available. Specialties include Marche favorites like polenta, risotto with sausage, angel hair pasta with duck sauce, and tagliatelle with sausage and fossa pecorino cheese. Regional traditions like pasta with chicken liver, and coratella (lamb heart and liver) might be featured, too. If the beef stewed in Rosso Conero wine is on the menu, order the succulent specialty. Everything is made fresh and with care. Frequented by locals, it's a fun experience that is also easy on the wallet.
