A centuries-old recipe is still being used for a digestive liqueur called finocchietto, made from wild fennel. The folks at Nonna Anna go gather the wild fennel and infuse it to make their refreshing after-dinner drink. It is a small-batch operation, with no preservatives, just like nonna made! (Nonna means grandmother.)

They also produce sunny limoncello, and sell locally-made licorice root liqueur, and a regional liquor called Concierto.
