Between Trivigno and Castelmezzano, a farm-to-table restaurant presents time-honored local recipes, with a few new twists. The Marino family not only raises the prized black pigs but creates sausages and cured meats as their ancestors have done for many generations. They also make their own mozzarella and ricotta cheeses, and beef steaks. They jar the tomato sauce they use, and create beautiful cakes if you're celebrating a special occasion. Basically, the family-run restaurant and farm takes pride and effort to make their customers a great meal.

From the abundant antipasti to the hand-formed cavatelli or orecchiette pastas, to the meat dishes or vegetarian plates (as well as gluten-free on request) they present a nice (and filling!) meal. Some evenings they make wood-oven baked pizzas, as well.
