This trattoria-style eatery in Turi is worth seeking out for its down-home food and expert-made pizza. Especially noteworthy to try is the tronere, a very local dish of braciola rolled up with pancetta and provolone cheese and baked for hours in the wood oven with onions and tomatoes in a clay pot. It's an antique recipe that you have to taste. The pizzaiolo makes excellent pizzas, and there is a selection of other Turi-area dishes to choose from, too, along with local wine.

Closed Wednesday and Sunday. Open for Lunch and Dinner.
