The food is typical Umbria/Lazio hill cuisine, rich in woodland goodies like mushrooms, truffles and wild boar. Pastas are made in-house, sauces are delectable and interesting, like the yellow squash cream sauce on the ravioli, or the wild boar sauce with spinach, mushrooms and truffles. Local meat is grilled to perfection on a wood fire in the dining room. Vegetables and wine are local, as well.
