Meet Francesca at her delightful farmhouse in the Sorrento hills for a half-day cooking class filled with fun and genuine flavors.

The culinary experience begins at 11 am. In 3 to 4 hours Francesca will take you through the process of creating an authentic Italian 4-course meal with antipasto, primo, secondo and dolce (that's appetizer, first course, second course and dessert). Of course, it goes without saying, the produce used is fresh from the farmhouse -- and that applies to the wine and home-made liqueurs, too! Before you ask: yes, you get to eat what you prepare!

Francesca is also able to arrange other special food-related experiences for you: from pizza making to the fun-filled mozzarella demonstration class. If you have a sweet tooth, the pastry class if for you. Families love the "Litlle Chefs" class, which includes a tour of the farmhouse with the presentation of the activities that take place on an Italian working farm.
