A cheese producer that has been in the family since 1860. The cheeses include prized Provolone del Monaco, a DOP designated product that is much appreciated, as well as fior di latte (a type of mozzarella), caciocavallo, and ricotta. The cheese is made from local milk, all "zero kilometer" and made in the traditional time-honored way, without GMOs. Stop in and give it a try!

It is located in the country frazione of Pacognano, a section of Vico Equense.

The caseificio De Gennaro is open from 6:00 AM til 1:00 PM daily.
