In the middle of Franciacorta country, this "concept restaurant" is a wine bar, a place for craft cocktails, and tapas-like small plates. It is set apart from the traditional trattoria type of restaurant, so if you want to sample the local wines and have a sampling of different dishes, too, this is the place for you. They recommend five "buffetti" (or tapas) per person, but of course, you can pick and choose your wine, drinks and food to suit your whims and tastes.
