Boschetto Santa Maria

At Santa Maria del Focallo, a coastal woods offers a cool and shady contrast to the sandy dunes of the beach. Situated just behind the beach area, the forest is a significant preservation project to maintain the natural forest that stabilizes the land near the sea.

The state-owned park has overhanging umbrella-like foliage of piens, eucalyptus, and acacia, along with juniper, heliophytes and brush. Paths meander, and a picnic area is outfitted with tables and benches for a sack lunch.

It is located right off S.P. 67 road that skirts the seashore.
