In the design-driven new Lavazza Nuvola complex, there is a museum, a swanky restaurant and this new take on a cafeteria - Il Bistrot. It is done in collaboration with Slow Food and offers a bright, fresh lunch space that is like three dining options in one. It is open to employees, students from the IAAD (Institute of Art and Design) as well as the general public. It is open only for lunch.

It is divided into three "islands" - Tierra; San Tommaso 10; and Murisengo. Let's take a quick look:

Tierra! is the island that offers lighter fare; vegetarian options, salads, soups, smoothies.

San Tommaso 10, named for the original street address of Lavazza when the company started out, this island offers what Italians call "street food" (pizza, sandwiches, fried foods, eat-faster options)

Murisengo serves more traditional Italian fare with particular focus on the the primi (pasta and risotto), but also secondi and contorni that change daily.

Open from 12:00 PM til 2:30 PM weekdays; closed Saturday and Sunday.
